Weekly Round Up: Monday 10th July

Wow, where has the year gone? I can not believe that we only have two weeks left to go until we break up for the summer holidays. This is an exciting time for many of the children in Foundation One as they prepare to move to the 'big class'. All of the children had a great time last week during our two transition days where they got a chance to meeting Miss Sims and Mrs Boulter. They had fun painting pictures of themselves which you will be able to see displayed n the classroom when we all return to school in September.

Please could you make sure that your child has a NAMED sun hat  and sunglasses to wear when playing and learning outdoors. It would also be really helpful if on sunny days you apply sun cream before your child arrives. Before we broke up for the holidays we had children applying their own and well, they pretty much got it everywhere else other than their own exposed skin!

As always we will be holding our weekly stay and play session each Friday morning From 8.30 to 10.00. If you know of anyone with young children please let them know about us.
