Sports Premium

Please visit the bottom of the gallery to see our most recent Action Plans and Spending Breakdowns for Sports Premium. School receives £17780  for Sport Premium this year and most of this is used to increase the range of sports offered and up participation in competitive sport. During lockdown and throughout Covid we moved to a Virtual Sports Offer and the participation was massive. We are proud to say that Newsletters and our Facebook page clearly show the range of events we committed to and carried out to keep sport at the top of the agenda. Spending in sport during this period actually outstripped our usual spend to enable remote access and to purchase resources to support this offer. We have returned to w wide offer of sports through the SSP and our own arrangements with private organisations and other schools.

The latest statistics show that 85% of pupils have taken part in inter-school sports and that we have invested wisely, earning a Gold Sports Mark for 2022.
