On Friday, Mr Cox was looking forward to donut day. Unfortunately, someone had eaten the donuts and left a note in their place. Mr Cox was not happy and set Year 5 to work using their separating skills. We used chromatography to work out the colour signature of the pen used to write the note and :then gathered evidence (pens) from the four suspects. Who would it be: Mr Reeves, Mr Boulter, Miss Bartlam or Mrs Wright?
