At Fairmeadows we are committed to making an After School offer that caters for a variety of interests and allows children to experience things that go beyond the classroom. We have tried to use external providers and this has not always been successful so the majority of clubs on offer are run by the hard working members of the school who do so on a voluntary basis.
Unfortunately, we are not always able to ensure the children get their first choice of club and try to accommodate as many people as possible. We understand it can be frustrating when you don't get your first choice but we will continue to offer a range of clubs to suit a range of ages and interests and do our best to allocate places as fairly as possible. Traditionally this has been on a first come first served basis but we are exploring different models as this may penalise some parents who find it difficult to get into school in the morning.
