Proud Clouds - 27th June

Very well done to Castor for your fantastic swimming; Harry for tidying your room and putting your toys away without even being asked; Jonah for being a super helper for Mum and doing your best; Lottie for working really hard on your new words and sounds; Toby for being so helpful at home and even getting everyone’s toothbrushes ready in the morning; Lewis for being a good boy with your road safety while riding your scooter to school; Lily for your super reading this week; Alfie for trying super hard at your swimming lessons – you are doing fabulously; and Faye for being a super girl for Mum,eating your tea, doing homework and being a superstar. Super effort, everyone!

Proud Clouds - 12th June

Very well done this week to Zane for trying so hard at your football practice and even winning a trophy; Lewis for riding your bike so safely and stopping at the end of every road; Lily for helping Mum and Holly to keep the house tidy; Alfie for making your bed all by yourself every morning and for helping to cook the sausages while camping; Ethan for helping Mum to make the beds and for washing the pots after baking with Mum; Jayden for keeping your room tidy by picking up all your toys; Hannah for helping Dad to do lots of weeding and planting in the garden; and Violet for being such a good helper by helping Nannie get all the children’s water bottles ready in Year One.  WOW - you have all been so busy!

Proud Clouds - 20th May

There were lots of Proud Clouds during the last week of half-term – Super!  Well done to Sam for cleaning your teeth without being asked; Emmie for being brave while having your eye drops; Amelia for helping Laura on holiday; Lily for working hard on your sounds and words; Roxy for riding your bike without stabilizers; Lewis for being a helpful boy for Dad while on holiday; Kacie for helping Dad to do the weeding and plant new flowers; Hannah for helping to put away the shopping and making your bed without being asked; Faye for working hard on Mathletics and getting changed quickly after swimming – even quicker than Jamie! Ethan for listening well and following instructions Luke for trying your first meal at Nando’s and asking to have a haircut; Super work everyone. We look forward to hearing what fantastic things you do this week!

Proud Clouds - 13th May

Very well done to Reece for looking after Mamar so well after her operation; Alfie for being so enthusiastic about your reading; Lewis for passing your 5m front crawl swimming badge without and armbands or floats; Julia for working so hard on your writing; Ethan for helping to prepare tea by chopping the vegetables; Zane for being such a good boy during the house move by helping to carry boxes and finding new homes for your toys; Kai for directing Nanny out of the parking space by looking out of the window; Amelia for being so helpful, organising the barbeque and cleaning up afterwards; Holly also moved house this week and helped to do lots of carrying and sorting. Well done, everyone.  

Proud Clouds - 6th May

This week’s Proud Clouds go to Lily for getting your first ever Mathletics Bronze award; Kai for coming into school without any fuss; Lewis for doing your homework and trying your best to write your sentences; Toby for being a super helpful shopper for Mum at Sainsburys; Hannah for reading a bedtime story to Mum; Dylan for another fantastic swimming session; Alfie for doing super job riding your scooter into school and for being a super safe boy when crossing the road; and Kacie for helping Pappa to move house. You did lots of cleaning and carrying. What super helpers and achievers we have in F2!

Proud Clouds - 29th April

We are so looking forward to seeing lots of Proud Clouds, especially of things you are doing outdoors, now that the weather is getting drier and warmer (hopefully!). Very well done to Lily for working on your reading, writing and spellings; Ethan for tidying your bedroom without even being asked; Lewis for working hard on your speech and words; Reece for dressing yourself and helping Momma to get dressed ready for when she has her arm operation; Dylan for helping Dad and Josh to paint the decking; Holly for working really hard on your new words; Hannah for getting washed and dressed yourself in the morning; and Amelia for looking after Laura and being a good sister when she had chicken pox. Super work, guys!

Proud Clouds - 22nd April

Not too many Proud Clouds this week. Hopefully the ‘100 things to do before I’m 6’ passport will help to give some ideas of things you could do to earn a Proud Cloud. Well done to Lewis for being a good boy at the dentist; Amelia for your super reading; Julia also for your super reading; Lily for great reading and writing; Ethan for helping Mum to wash the pots; Hannah for lovely reading for Dad; Alfie for being such a good listener. Well done, guys.

Proud Clouds - 15th April

Some very busy children again this week. Well done to Lewis for riding your bike without stabilizers; Alfie for getting dressed all by yourself and being brave on the rides at Twin Lakes; Jayden for staying in your own bed all night; Violet-Mae for being such a good sister to Josh after his operation and for moving up to your next stage in swimming; Ash for helping Mum to tidy the house; Amelia for helping Mum to tidy your room and helping Laura with her numbers; Castor for being a super dog walker with Mum and helping Mum to look for holidays; Harry for tidying up all your toys after your friends come around without even being asked too; Hannah for being brave when you had 300 chicken spots; Ethan for enthusiastically completing your writing homework; Roxy for helping with the washing. You told us that you sorted the socks; and Luke for being so thoughtful for giving some of your books to the children in the village of Nepal who had been hurt after the earthquake. Great stuff, everyone!

So many Proud Clouds again before the break. Very well done to John for always using good manners; Castor for working hard on your numbers and writing; Connor for doing well in the water – you even put your head under; Amelia for putting antiseptic and a plaster on Dad’s cut finger; Harry for being ready quickly for school; Hannah for your excellent swimming with Cousin Georgie; Ash for writing you name all by yourself; Lottie for getting yourself ready for school quickly; Holly for always being thoughtful and kind; Kai for being a super helper; Jayden for getting all your letters right; Ethan for fantasctic swimming, playing for the 1st team at football and helping Dad in the garden; Alfie for your super reading; Lily for working so hard on your reading; Riley for listening well to instructions; Julia for helping Mum with the housework; Finley for being a good boy at the hospital for your eye test; and Luke for helping Papi when he has a nosebleed. Super work, everyone – keep it up in the Summer term!

Wow – so many again this week!. Jayden for helping Mum to make the beds and did lots of reading; Alfie for keeping the house tidy; Zane for doing really well with homework and being such a good boy for Mum; Dylan for helping with the gardening – digging and planting and for also helping with the washing; Castor for helping Mum with your words, tidying up and for trying hard at Kwai Con Do; Sam has been helping to get the the breakfast ready – you told us that Rice Crispies are your favourite; Roxy for making your own bed; Emmie for keeping on trying with your reading and writing; Hannah for working hard on your sounds and those tricky words; Lottie for helping your brother and sister to tidy up; Ash for being such a good carer when Mum was poorly; Harry for getting ready for school in the morning, tidying your bedroom all without any help from Dad; Amelia for keeping your bedroom tidy; Kacie for riding your bike without stabilizers; and Lewis for fantastic swimming, even going underwater!  Well done, everyone! We can’t wait to see what Proud Cloud things everyone’s going to do this week!

Proud Clouds - 10th March

Super effort this week from Kai for listening to Nanny and being a good helper; Harry for making some super cakes with strawberry jam in them – yummy! And for helping with the housework; Violet-Mae for swimming on your back without any floats; Faye for helping Bernice to open her open her cards and presents and for looking after Mummy when she was poorly; Lily for working hard on your reading and writing; Lewis for working hard on your writing and words; Luke for helping Grandpa around the house and tidying your toys; Julia for tidying your bedroom without any help and for working hard on Mathletics; Toby for eating your breakfast every day and getting ready for school all by yourself; Dylan for working hard on Mathletics; Sam for eating your tea every night. You got extra stories at bedtime – super!; Hannah for surprising Mummy by getting washed and changed for school all by yourself; Jonah for coming to school with your smiley face; Amelia for helping Mummy to tidy up and practising your letter writing . Well done everyone.

Proud Clouds - 3rd March

Well done this week to Lewis who loves writing his name and practising his numbers at home; Ashvath for tidying his toys and arranging the showcase; Lily has been helping Mummy to tidy up and make the beds; Julia has been helping out with housework and practising letter writing; Hannah has been doing some lovely reading and even did a forward roll when swimming; Violet-Mae has been helping Nanny with the shopping, walking smartly around the shop and then helped to put the shopping away; Amelia has been helping Mum with the housework – polishing and hoovering; Dylan has been working hard while swimming; Ethan has been busy helping Mum to make the beds, getting dressed before Mum, fantastic swimming with Grandad Ian and letter writing practise; and Alfie is doing superbly well in his new swimming class. Good job, everyone.

Very well done to Lewis for cycling to school every day; Luke for keeping your toys tidy for Grandad and Papee; Julia for working so hard on your sounds and numbers; Alfie for being so independent at getting dressed and for swimming a whole length under water – everbody cheered!; Jayden for being super at your tricky words; Toby for getting dressed all by yourself and for tidying your bedroom without even being asked – you told ud that Eli and Jack didn’t help you again!; Hannah for doing super swimming with Dad and fabulous numbers with Mum; Emmie for being a super helper at home and for making sure your bedroom is tidy; Amelia for doing super Mathletics and getting super scores; Harry for helping Dad to cook the dinner and for keeping your bedroom tidy; and Faye for doing lovely writing and doing super helpful jobs for Mummy.What a busy time you have all had! Proud Clouds - 5th February

Lots of proud clouds this week. Well done to Ethan for listening well  to Alfie’s mum at Roxy’s party and for eating your tea quickly; Kai for helping your sister up the stairs to bed; Emmie for being fantastic at getting ready in the morning and for making your own breakfast (all the children said they love Coco Pops); Sam for asking to do your homework and for getting 1400 points on Mathletics; Hannah for doing some super maths work; Mr Cox for being a good teacher this week; Lottie for working hard on the Maths Challenge, getting ready for school on time and for being brave at the opticians; Toby for tiding your bedroom and Jack’s bed. You told us that he can tidy his own bed next week; Dylan for super swimming and homework; Alfie for getting dressed and putting your shoes on quickly; Lily-Mae for being brave while you have been poorly – we missed you; Luke for having your shower in the morning without whinging!; Lewis for reading every night this week and working hard on your words.It’s great that we have some super, helpful, keen learners in F2. Our Friday afternoon Proud Cloud celebrations are really showing what a great group we are!

Proud Clouds - 29th January

Very well done this week to Castor for helping Mummy to make some lovely cakes; Kai for going to bed on time; Ethan for being very helpful around the house and for asking to do even more homework!; Kacie for being so enthusiastic with your reading; Alfie for getting your first swimming badge; Lewis for getting better with your words everyday; Zane for being so helpful in the morning; Luke for being so independent; Reece for working so hard on your name writing; Connor for being so good at keeping your room tidy; Dylan for doing lots of homework and for making your own bed; Roxy for making your own sandwiches. We enjoyed hearing about how you spread the jam; Sam for making your bed, tucking your shirt in, making lovely cookie cakes, and joining in the balance bikes even though you were nervous. What a busy week!; Hannah for being so good by getting ready so quickly in the morning; Emmie for looking after Daddy while he’s had a poorly chest, walking Betty for Nana and getting ready for school so quickly; and Amelia for cleaning your room and reding a book to Laura at bedtime. Mr Cox, Mrs Boulter and Mrs Brealey love reading about your achievements and look forward to seeing your successes this week!

Well done to Reece for writing out your sounds with Momma; Kacie for trying so hard with your words and numbers; Jayden for making furniture over the weekend; Lewis for working hard on your counting and numbers; Julia for getting a Mathletics certificate and being really helpful at home; Finley for doing so well at your swimming lessons; Ethan for gettting 1380 points on  Mathletics and working really hard; Alfie for sleeping in your very high bunk bed and for completing last week’s Maths Challenge; Zane for trying really hard with your balloon sounds and reading; Toby for helping to cook the dinner and organise the table; Luke for helping Papi to tidy up the toys; Dylan for working so hard on your letters and completing last week’s Maths Challenge; Hannah for working hard on your reading and eating all your dinners; Jonah for reading lots of books with Mum; Violet for being such a good helper at home; Amelia for cleaning your room; and Castor for starting Kwon-Con-Don and being brilliant at it. Very well done everyone – you’re all so busy at trying your best at what you do. Fantastic!

Proud Clouds - 15th January

Well done this week to Lily who has done some lovely writing; Violet-Mae for helping Nanny with the housework and putting away the shopping even though it was really hard work!; Amelia for teaching your little sister, Laura her letters and colours. You told us that Laura now knows the sound ‘b’ and the colour red; Ethan for working so hard on your writing and helping Daddy with the shopping; Castor for being so busy tidying your room by picking up all your toys and helping Mummy with the housework; Dylan for your super swimming and for completing last week’s maths challenge. You told us that there were 31 steps from your front door to your bedroom and 20 steps if you made your steps larger; and Alfie for being the best swimmer of your group and for completeing the maths challenge. There were 20 steps from your front door to your bedroom and 48 little steps. Super work, everyone!

Proud Clouds - 8th January

Very well done to Lewis for your super swimming; Dylan and Alfie completed last week’s Maths Challenge and found lots of windows in their houses; Hannah has been a super houseworker, helping Mum with lots of jobs and writing lots of thank you letters; Emmie has been eating all her healthy fruit and vegetables and using her super manners; Amelia has been a super houseworker with Mum, too; Kai has been going to sleep at the right time and following Nan’s instructions; Jonah has been sweeping the floor for Mum; Violet-Mae has done some super Mathletics – getting over 1000 points!; Lily-Mae has been working hard on her writing; Alfie has been taking himself off to bed this week and put his head underwater at swimming; Ethan has been riding his bike without stabilizers, using a knife and fork without being reminded and being a good helper at home; and Jayden has been getting ready for school quickly and smartly. Very well done, everyone!

Proud Clouds - 13th December

Very well done this week to Hannah for working hard on your words and letters; Lily has been doing some super writing; Ethan for always being honest; Alfie’s teacher said that he was the best in his swimming class this week; Amelia did a super job of decorating the Christmas tree with Mum; Jayden got himself dressed with no help from Mum at all; Luke also got himself dressed with no help from Grandad or Pappee; Faye used her lovely manners and super listening skills while out with Mummmy and Mummy’s friends and you also got 1000 points on Mathletics in one go – WOW! Well done, guys and keep up the good work over Christmas. We look forward to hearing about all your successes in 2016!

Proud Clouds - 1st December

Super well done this week to Ethan for helping Mum and Dad to clean the bathroom when decorating and for super swimming, even swimming on your back; Amelia has been decorating too! You helped to decorate the living room with decorations; Castor has kept his bedroom tidy and you put all your toys in the boxes; Alfie has been making his bed all week; Zane has been working hard on his letters and numbers; Lewis has been very brave when he was poorly; Julia has been working hard on Mathletics; Hannah has achieved a bronze award on Mathletics; Reece has been getting himself dressed every morning; Holly tidied her room all by herself and you told us that Alicia and Luke didn’t help one bit!; Violet has been helping to empty the water bottles in Year 1 all week; Emmie helped Mum to hoover up all the snow from the snow globe at Dad’s work; and Roxy has been doing fabulously well at her dance classes. Well done everyone and we look forward to seeing what will appear on  the Proud Clouds this week! Have a great week everyone!

Very well done to Lily-Mae for working so hard on your reading; Dylan has been working hard on his letters and numbers; Ethan has been busy helping Nanny to tidy up and making words with your letters; John has been using super manners all week, saying ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ when you ask for help; Jayden has been helping Mum to sort out the new house; Toby has been helping Nanny to get the tea ready and tidied his toys; Holly has been busy keeping the house tidy by putting away her toys; Hannah made her bed without even being asked!; Emmie has been fantastic at getting ready for school and helping to tidy up at night; Violet-Mae has been being a good sister to Josh and you shared your toys with him; Ashvath has been helping Mum to keep his room tidy; Amelia has been sleeping well and stopping in her own room all night; Harry has been busy tidying his room all by himself with no help and made a super job of it!; Kai has been walking nicely, smartly and safely to school and tried some new foods; and Castor has been a super brother by playing with and helping Mum to look after Alana. Well done to Dylan, who has been learning to ski – we enjoyed hearing about your lesson; Castor for your enthusiasm to read this week; Amelia, who has been working hard on your sounds with Dad; Hannah for doing some super reading with Mum and Dad; Sam, for getting your first Bronze certificate on Mathletics; Roxy for reading really well with Daddy and for drawing a beautiful picture for Mummy; Alfie for helping Mum wash and dry the dishes at Beavers; Lily-Mae for working hard on your writing and reading; Kai, for being so excited about flying to Majorca; Emmie for doing fantastic readin and writing; Jayden for couting up to 20 – you even remembered number 15 and you also tidied your room and have been a super helper to your sister; Julia has been busy helping to tidy the house; Ethan has been busy on Mathletics  and still found time to look after poorly Mummy– super!;  Fantastic work, guys. Very well done!

Proud Clouds - 30th October

Well done to Emmie for super tidying; Lottie for doing some super swimming on your back and helping Mummy with some housework; Hannah for not only working on your letters and sounds but also making up words yourself; Lily for being so brave with your operation and for doing some lovely reading and writing; Zane for being a good boy helping Mummy while Dad has been away building purple things; Jayden for being such a good brother when your sister was upset and for being such a good boy using your ‘please’ and thank you’s’; Violet-Mae for working so hard on your swimming that you have moved up into the next group; Ethan for helping with the shopping list and the food shopping and for tidying your toys; and to Amelia for being a super tidier. You have all been so very busy again!

Proud Clouds - 18th October

Lots of Proud Clouds this week. Well done to Lewis for trying so hard at swimming; Amelia, who has been a super house work helper for Dad; Nanny is very proud of Violet-Mae for fantastic reading; Kai who has been so good at bedtime for Grandma and Grandad for going to sleep after your ‘The Rabbit who went to Sleep’ story; Ethan’s mummy thanks Hannah for being such a caring friend to Ethan and Hannah also tidied her doll’s house, even better than Mummy can!; Emmie has been doing so well with her words and tidying up at home – even though you told us that you are the messiest – even messier than Libby!; Roxy has been a good girl by eating your school dinners; Sam has been a clever and helpful boy by making your own bed; Jayden has been so good at doing your letters and by doing lots of reading; Alfie has been a good boy at bed time and you told us you stop in bed until the morning; and Ethan has been such a brave boy when you had your chin glued – and still wanted to do your reading! Well done, everyone!

Proud Clouds - 11th October

It was lovely to see lots of Proud Clouds again this week. The children really do enjoy sharing their successes with their friends during our Friday celebrations. Well done to Castor for helping Mum to do the housework and getting up early for school; Ethan for super swimming and your fantastic enthusiasm to doing your reading; Kai for coming into school much better and for telling us about meeting Uncle Matt for the first time; Roxy for helping Mummy to cook dinner all week – we enjoyed hearing about the pie that you made. You made us all feel very hungry!; Lewis has been walking his dog, Ali to school this week. We’re glad to here that Ali walks very sensibly; Lily has been eating all of her school dinners – even the carrots!; and Alfie has been trying very hard in his swimming lessons. You even managed to put your face under water – excellent! Keep up the good work, everyone!

Proud Clouds - 4th October

Very well done to Alfie for tidying his toys up – you put them away even better than Mummy – Super!; Amelia has been sleeping all night in her bed; Hannah was a good girl at the doctors and you have been taking your medicine – even though it tastes yukky!; Ethan has been remembering the diamond rules and using good manners; Faye has been a good girl while having her hair done; Lewis has been enjoying breakfast club and you have been eating all your packed lunch; Dylan has been riding his bike brilliantly and even took Teddy for a ride; Lily has been doing lots of housework for Mummy; Toby has been working hard on his sounds; Kai has been sleeping all night without disturbing Nanny; and Zane has been working so hard on words and sound balloons. Keep up the good work, guys!

Proud Clouds - 4th October

Lots of Proud Clouds this week. Well done to Roxy for working hard on your reading; Hannah has also done lots of super reading at home; Dylan has been trying really hard with his letters and words; Ethan has been a fantastic footballer over the weekend. You scored lots of goals!; Lily-Mae has been doing some super housework, dancing and homework this week; Lewis enjoyed his 5th birthday party and helped Mum all weekend; Alfie was vey brave after he hurt his arm on the big playground; Lottie has been trying really hard with her new words and came first at the pony show on her horse, Merlin; Faye has been working hard on her words at home and concentrated really well, especially with the tricky words; and Zane has also got off to a good start with his new sounds and words. Very well done, everyone!

A big well done to Faye for being a super tidier at Kelly’s; Dylan for looking after Nate while Mum was busy doing jobs, getting your Alpha 2 swimming badge and winning your dance battle. Wow you have been busy!; Ethan for your super reading with Mum and helping around the house; Lily-Mae for being ready for school quickly and winning your dance battle, too; Hannah for doing your reading when you was asked to; Zane for being a good boy at bedtime; and Alfie, who has been very brave at swimming, picking up your feet to kick very fast. Well done, everyone. We have some super achievers and helpers in F2! Remember to use the post-its to let us know the super things the children are doing outside of school.
