Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

I am Mrs Balcon, our school SENCO.

I absolutely love my role and helping to make a difference to the pupils in school. At Fairmeadows, we see all children as unique individuals.

Every pupil is important to us and is recognised as an individual with particular needs. . This can be through a variety of identified support and intervention programmes, based on individual learning needs. 

At Fairmeadows, we are proud to have an 'open-door policy' so if you have any concerns or questions, I am always on hand to listen and support both parents and pupils. In the first instance, we recommend you speak to your child's class teacher first.
