w/c 15th July - Summer Time
- We are reading 'Seaside Poems'
- We will be writing about our favourite memory in F2.
- We will be solving subtraction problems on Mathletics.
- For PE we have our EYFS sports festival and Sports Day this week.

- School closes at 2pm on Thursday.

- We are reading 'Jake's First Day'
- We will be writing a letter to our new Year 1 Teacher.
- We will be solving subtraction problems on Mathletics.
- We will be learning number bonds to 10 in Maths.
- In PE we are practising athletic skills for Sports day.
- We have our Transition Day into Year 1 on Wednesday.
w/c 1st July - Deadly Dinosaurs
- We are reading 'Harry and his bucketful of dinosaurs'
- We will be reading books in a group (Guided Reading).
- We will be writing a dinosaur story.
- We will be solving addition problems on Mathletics.
- We will be learning number bonds to 10 in Maths.
- In PE we are practising athletic skills for Sports day and cricket as part of our Active Day sessions.
- We will use scissors to cut out and create our own moving dinosaurs.
w/c 24th June - Roar! Dinosaur
- We are reading 'Dinosaurs' non-fiction book.
- We are learning new words by looking in the glossary.
- We will be writing dinosaur facts.
- We will be sorting dinosaurs into carnivores, omnivores and herbivores.
- We are finding objects in our classroom made from different materials.
- We will be learning number bonds to 10 in Maths.
- In PE we are practising athletic skills for Sports day and cricket as part of our Active Day sessions.

- We are reading 'At the beach' a postcard book.
- On Monday, we will be meeting a sports star and learning about athletics.

w/c 20th May - Seeds and Beanstalks
- We are reading 'Jack and the Beanstalk'
- We will be observing our class caterpillar chrysalids.
- We will be caring for our seeds and watching them grow.
- We are writing the Jack and the Beanstalk story.
- We will be solving sharing problems.
- We are closed on THURSDAY 23RD MAY for a polling day.
- We are doing RSE - learning about things we like and don't like.
