Willy Wonka's changes in properties

As part of our Roald Dahl celebration day, we created our own sweet creation centre. We investigated how corn changes when heated, chocolate changes of state can be reversed and what happens when sugar is melted and cooled rapidly. Oh - and we all got to test whether our creations were fit for consumption.
